Delete your account
You can delete your 5QUAD account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent.
In the app (fastest)
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account. Deletion takes effect immediately: your profile, match signals, lobby memberships, messages, ratings, and card are deleted or anonymized, your linked Apple or Google sign-in token is revoked, and a deletion request is sent to our analytics provider.
From this page (no app access needed)
If you no longer have the app installed, request deletion by email. Send it from an address you can be contacted on, and include the phone number your account was verified with so we can locate the account.
We confirm and complete web deletion requests within 48 hours of verifying the account is yours.
What is deleted
- Profile: name, phone number, email, birth date, gender, city, card photo cutout.
- Activity: match signals, lobby memberships, chat messages, attendance records.
- Ratings: your rating and statistics records are deleted or anonymized.
- Sign-in: your linked Apple or Google token is revoked.
- Analytics: a deletion request is issued to our analytics provider.
Records we must keep for safety or legal reasons (for example, a moderation report you were involved in) are retained only as long as the law or the safety purpose requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
